Ballades á deux


Born in Iran, Said Mansouri lived for many years in Brussels, where he found his way into the European music scene through jazz saxophone and poetry of the French language. Since 1990, he has been playing in numerous bands and touring in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Since 2005, due to his special affection for French chanson, he has been developing his vocal talent, bringing into his repertoire the masterpieces of Jaques Brel, Claude Nougaro, Joe Dassin, Yves Montand, Edith Piaf and many others.

With his debut CD "Ballades à trois" in 2012, created in Aachen, he establishes himself as a convincing band frontman, interpreting the immortal highlights of the genre.

In 2020 he launches a duo formation "Ballades á deux" with Ukrainian pianist Kyrill Korsunenko, performs also together with jazz combo.
